We’re Craig and Molly

We’re excited (and yes—a little nervous!) to step out of formal church ministry—and the security of a regular paycheck and benefits—into full-time faith and begin a support‑funded ministry.

As of November 1, 2025, we will be reliant on the support of donors who want to partner with us in advancing the gospel. Our purpose as a couple and as a family is simple: to use every opportunity to point others to Jesus and encourage believers to glorify God in whatever they do.

We desire to use our God-given gifts of evangelism, teaching, service, and discipleship to coach, encourage, and equip people of all ages and stages. We want to help others grow closer to Him and discover their God-given gifts and callings.

Whether it’s through youth leader mentorship, marriage ministry, writing, social media, teaching, hosting a neighborhood home church, or speaking at events, our mission is clear—to make Jesus known, wherever we are and in whatever we do.

 Why Your Role Matters

We can’t do this alone—we need partners who believe in this mission.

Nearly three decades of youth ministry have given Craig (and Molly) incredible opportunities for mentoring, community, and kingdom impact. In recent months, however, we’ve begun to feel the tension between the demands of formal church ministry and the broader calling God is placing on our family.

God has been opening doors for us to speak and encourage others, but Craig’s weekend responsibilities at church often keep us from saying yes. At the same time, we feel a growing passion for other ministry opportunities—mentoring youth workers, hosting a neighborhood home church, and harnessing the gospel reach of writing and social media. We’ve realized that we don’t have the capacity to pursue both full-time church ministry and these new opportunities.

After months of prayer, conversations, and wise counsel, we can’t deny God’s clear leading: Craig is to step away from his youth pastor role so that together, as a couple, we can say yes to this tag-team ministry. His last day is October 31 (insert both excited and partly terrified screams).

And this is why we need you. We are stepping out in faith, trusting God to provide for our family as we follow His call—and we invite you to join us on this journey.

By joining us with a monthly commitment or a one-time gift you can help us be fully funded by the end of October so we can begin drawing support on November 1. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial partnership will allow us to say “yes” to the ministry opportunities God places before us.

We’ve already built an unofficial board of advisors and accountability—wise and experienced mentors who will help guide us, encourage us, and keep us in check as we seek to be good stewards of the gifts God provides to us through you.
